  1. Licenza d'uso. ModusChat ti concede una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per usare l'app. Il software resta di proprietà del titolare.
  2. Homeserver. Il servizio di messaggistica è erogato dall'homeserver Matrix che scegli. L'operatore dell'homeserver è un soggetto distinto da noi, responsabile del proprio servizio, e le sue condizioni si applicano a te.
  3. Chiave di recupero. La cronologia cifrata è protetta dalla chiave di recupero. Se la perdi, perdi anche la cronologia cifrata: non possiamo recuperarla.
  4. Contenuti. I contenuti che invii sono tuoi e restano sotto la tua responsabilità. È vietato usare l'app per attività illecite, molestie, diffusione di contenuti illegali o abusi verso altri utenti.
  5. Telegram. Il collegamento a Telegram è un servizio indipendente e non affiliato a Telegram. Telegram è un marchio di terzi.
  6. Garanzie. Il software è fornito nei limiti previsti dalla legge. Restano salvi i diritti inderogabili del consumatore.
  7. Legge applicabile e foro. Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il foro di residenza o domicilio del consumatore.
  8. Modifiche. Possiamo modificare questi termini. Ti avvisiamo nell'app prima che le modifiche abbiano effetto.

  1. License to use. ModusChat grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. The software remains the property of the owner.
  2. Homeserver. The messaging service is provided by the Matrix homeserver you choose. The homeserver operator is separate from us, is responsible for its own service, and its terms apply to you.
  3. Recovery key. Your encrypted history is protected by the recovery key. If you lose it, you lose the encrypted history: we cannot recover it.
  4. Content. The content you send is yours and remains your responsibility. You must not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, distribution of illegal content or abuse of other users.
  5. Telegram. The Telegram connection is an independent service, not affiliated with Telegram. Telegram is a third-party trademark.
  6. Warranties. The software is provided within the limits allowed by law. Non-waivable consumer rights remain in force.
  7. Governing law and venue. These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence or domicile.
  8. Changes. We may change these terms. We will notify you in the app before the changes take effect.
